If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund, provided the item is:

• Returned with all original packaging and accessories.
• Free from any damage, marks or signs of use.

How to Return

Email us at hello@lilhottie.com.au before sending your order back. We'll create and email you a free return shipping label, along with instructions on how to send your order back.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
