Safety Warnings
Your safety is our priority. Follow these guidelines every time you use your Lil Hottie.
WARNING — Hot water bottles can cause burns. Avoid prolonged direct contact with skin. Always use with at least one layer of clothing between the product and your skin.
Do not use if damaged. Inspect before every use. If you notice any swelling, cracking, or damage, stop use immediately and contact us.
Do not use whilst charging. Always remove the charger fully before placing the Hottie on your body.
Keep away from sharp objects. Puncturing the outer shell creates a risk of leaking and electrical hazard.
Do not open, modify, fill with water or microwave. The Lil Hottie is sealed and pre-filled at manufacture. Tampering voids safety certification and warranty.
Not suitable for children under 3 years or anyone sensitive to heat without direct supervision from a parent or carer.
Do not lay on, sit on, or apply pressure. Compressing the bottle while hot can force heat to concentrate and cause burns.
Only use the supplied charger. Using any other power supply or cable voids your warranty and safety certification.
Allow to cool before recharging. Wait until cooled to approximately 40°C before plugging back in for another heat cycle.
Do not sleep with your Hottie. Never fall asleep with it in direct contact with your skin.
Do not expose to water. Keep the charging port, cable, and plug completely dry at all times.

A little care goes a long way. Follow these tips to keep your Lil Hottie performing — and looking — her best.
Use a damp cloth on the outer cover for small marks.
Cool, clean, and flat — no weight on top.
Check for wear or swelling before each use.
Never put in the washing machine or dryer.
This is an electrical product — keep it dry.
Bleach and chemicals damage the cover.
