Plug Lil Hottie into a standard wall outlet using the supplied charging cable. Allow it to charge according to the instructions in the user manual.

Read the instruction manual included in the box before first use. This guide covers the essential charging, use, cleaning and storage steps.

Unplug & Use
Once fully charged, disconnect Lil Hottie from the power supply before use. Always use it in accordance with the instruction manual and over a layer of clothing or the protective cover.
Recharge Safely
When Lil Hottie has cooled to 40°C or below, it can be recharged for your next use.
Lil Hottie has built-in temperature control and an automatic shut-off during charging. These features do not replace the instructions in the user manual, and Lil Hottie must be disconnected before use.

Disconnect before use
Never use Lil Hottie while it is connected to power or the charging cable.
Use a protective layer
Use it over clothing or with the supplied protective cover, never directly against bare skin.
Do not use while sleeping
Do not use Lil Hottie while sleeping or if there is a risk of falling asleep.
Inspect before use
Stop using Lil Hottie and contact Customer Care if it is damaged, leaking or not operating as intended.
Avoid sensitive skin
Do not use it over sores or broken, damaged or sensitive skin.
Stop if uncomfortable
Discontinue use if it becomes too warm or causes discomfort.
If you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant or have any medical concerns, consult a doctor or qualified healthcare professional before using Lil Hottie. Lil Hottie is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.
Cleaning and storage
Allow Lil Hottie to cool completely before cleaning. Water and electrical components must never come into contact.
- 01Switch off, unplug and allow Lil Hottie to cool completely before cleaning.
- 02Wipe the exterior with a soft, damp cloth only.
- 03Do not immerse Lil Hottie or any electrical component in water or other liquids.
- 04Do not machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean or use abrasive cleaning products.
- 05Allow it to air dry completely before storing or charging.
- 06Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
- 07Only recharge Lil Hottie once it has cooled to 40°C or below.
- 08Always follow the care and safety instructions in the user manual.
